The cemetery spreads out from the Wesley United Church (built 1884) which sits about 1/2 way along the east side. This is a quite, peaceful spot on a bit of a rise with a nice view of the beautiful Bay Chaleur in the distance. In the corner of the cemetery near the front of the church is a Field of Honour with 17 white wooden crosses, each bearing the name of a service man from the community who lost his life in the First or Secord World war. Each cross includes the date of death and place of burial.
