From the Wellington CBD, take the Mitchell Highway east towards Orange for approximately 2km. The cemetery is on the right hand (southern) side of the highway, adjoining the Wellington General Cemetery.

Description Wellington General Cemetery -

A monumental cemetery superseding the old pioneer cemetery nearby. Dating from the early 1870's, the cemetery is divided into denominational portions, containing monumental masterpieces, including several towering angels in the Presbyterian and Methodist portions. The site also has a small Chinese portion.

Description Wellington Lawn Cemetery -

The cemetery was established in 1969 to complement the monumental cemetery next to it. It has been divided into denominational portions. The cemetery is located on the right hand (southern) side of the highway, adjoining the Wellington General Cemetery.
