This cemetery is not accessible directly from Western Ave/US Route 202, but from the "Old Route 9" road. From Western Ave/US Route 202, turn NW onto Fire Rd 13/Old Route 9 at approximately 44.693379, -69.100025. Go NW approximately 400-450 feet to a small "intersection", and turn right/northeast onto Old Route 9. Go about 0.4 mile and you will see Monk Cemetery's sign and the few gravestones in a small cemetery on the right side of the road at 44.694694, -69.098130. Caution that Old Route 9 used to be paved, but is in pretty rough shape and is quite uneven. There are also not many places to safely turn a vehicle around along that road.
