The cemetery is located at the south-east side of the intersection of Pusarenko Rd. and Travis Rd. It is on the P. G. Smith (Peter, Gersham's son) farm shown on the 1868 map of Starkville.

A transcription of this cemetery can be found at the Herkimer Co. GenWeb site. It was made by Mrs. C.W. Crim during two visits, one in 1929 and the other undated. Addie Adrienne visited the cemetery in June, 2009 and provided this description: "The farm is now owned by the Amish. [The cemetery is in]a weed infested area where there are stones fallen over, tilted. I could see no writing or even feel any writing. There was also a pile of broken stones...I think it is a total loss."
