Fisher Cemetery is located in the rear (north) of the current location of the New Bethel Baptist Church at 8936 Southeastern Ave. It was established around 1878 it is believed that the Fisher family purchased the land from an earlier owner and given to the church around 1880. The church has assumed responsibility for it since that time.
