This is the Old Simmons Church Cemetery on the Upshur,Randolph County Line it is well maintained by family members of those who are buried there. I photographed this Cemetery on 11 6 9009 after being shown how to get there by Mrs Hilda Zickefoose Hanifan and Her Daughter.According to them there are many unmarked graves in this cemetery. There is a Cemetery on the ridge to the east of this Cemetery that can be walked to by going east to the high point where Ronni Hanifan the Son of Mr And Mrs Hanifan is buried at his request this information from His Sister who helped us find this cemetery and another located on their farm on Jacksons Fork or county rd 9/12 where I could only find 2 readable markers.
