The land was formerly owned by William A. Cabiness and Dr. T. E. McBrayer.
Located about two miles north of Shelby, N.C. on a high knoll between Hezekiah Dedmon old home place and McBrayer Mineral Springs Hotel, on north side of road, overlooking said Mineral Springs.
