The cemetery for the former town of Ramsey, located in section 13 of Ramsey township. (The cemetery is the only thing remaining of the former town.) The cemetery is located 5 miles south and almost 1 mile west of Lakota.

This cemetery is nearly the only remnant of the town of Ramsey, Iowa, which existed about 1/2 of a mile East of the cemetery from 1877 through 1889.
