This cemetery is located behind St. John's United Methodist Church on Warming Spring Road - HWY 995.

I have also heard the cemetery's name to be Cashtown Community Church Cemetery and thought it might be St. John's United Methodist Church Cemetery. Per Sellers Funeral Home they have it listed as Cashtown Cemetery.

This Cemetery was never named Cashtown Community Church Cemetery or St John's United Methodist Church, fact is it was never ever a Church Cemetery. It was at one time managed by Church Members of the United Brethren in Christ. In 1892/1893 when the Church separated it got Deeded under new management as the Union Burial Ground at Housum and was incorporated as such, in 1932 it became under new management renamed and again Incorporated as Cashtown Cemetery as it remains to this day.
