The small Evans family burial site is located in a field on the northeast corner of the intersection of CR 800S and CR 300E in Madison County, Indiana.

Jacob Evans from Wayne County, Indiana settled on the farm, later owned by his sons, Robert, John and James. As was the custom and necessity of the time, the family farm contained the family graveyard. Only three burials are recorded, all of the Evans family members who died before the Civil War.
