Founded in 1873, this cemetery is located on the south side of Church Street, between Smithtown Avenue and Lakeland Ave, between John Pearl Elementary School and St. Luke's Episcopal Church. It contains not only the graves of the Founding Families of the Village of Bohemia but also a monument to Jan Hus, one of the first memorials ever erected (1893) in the United States to honor a foreigner.

Many of the tombstones, reflecting the Bohemian - Czech history of the Village are written in Czech script.
