The cemetery is located in Kukuihaele, a small village about 9 miles west of Honoka`a Town.

From Honoka`a's main street, take Rte. 240 east for about 8 miles, then take the Kukuihaele turn-off to the right. Follow the old Kukuihaele road for about a mile. Look for
a sign on the left that says "CEMETERY". The road is "Mud Lane". The cemetery is less than a quarter mile up the hill from the intersection, on your left.

This cemetery is made up of over 40 marked graves and quite a few unmarked graves. Some of the graves had markers at one time, but those markers are now unreadable.
