To reach this cemetery, travel west on Main Street in Waynesville. Main Street turns into Old Balsam Road at the new Wal-Mart. There is a stop light at this corner of Old Balsam Road and Hyatt Creek Road. Stay on Old Balsam Road and take this road to the first left which is Piney Mountain Road. Autumn Care is located on the righthand side of the road. Cross the tracks and look to your left. The cemetery sits on top of a small hill. You can park past the tracks but it is easier to park at the gate.
This is a very small cemetery and very well maintained. Sections have been divided by small rock walls.
