The cemetery is located on the N11 road, about one mile north of Jack White's Inn, Brittas.

Notable persons buried or commemorated here include,
Private John Mates
and his brother
Private Patrick Mates
who both died in WW1.

Tom Nevin who owned "Jack White's", and was murdered there.
Elizabeth O'Farrell who owned "Lil Doyle's".

The cemetery was surveyed on Saturday 28 April 2012, and all headstones then existing were photographed. All those named on a headstone at that date are included.
