There is no sign identifying the cemetery.
Located on Cavalier Drive in what is now "The Trails" neighborhood within the Mansker Farms development.

In 1981, the Saunders Cemetery and the Moore Cemetery were surveyed as two different cemeteries separated by a fence, northeast of Willis Branch Road. In 2016, the once wooded area has been developed, the fence is gone and the gravestones are scattered on a wooded lot between houses. Disused and overgrown, some markers have fallen and/or broken. There are also many uninscribed rock grave markers.
