.
This is an abandoned cemetery, established in 1847 according to the legend on the entry, and reached by overgrown wooden steps near the World War I memorial on Route D17, just outside of Laprade when coming from the direction of Aubeterre. The most recent burials that can be deciphered are more than 100 years ago (there is a much larger cemetery, currently in use, on the other side of the village). Many stones and crosses have been vandalized. Most of the inscriptions on the few remaining gravestones no longer are legible, and a few multi-grave vaults have collapsed.
