In a grove of trees north of the New Mount Vernon Cemetery off the old LLL Highway. Cemetery is on the old Forsythe Farm.

The cemetery is extremely neglected with nearly every marker laying on the ground. Numerous markers were partially or completely buried in dirt. Several markers documented by E.E. Barton could not be located.

Burials were made in the cemetery between 1822 and 1911.
