Located on Tanyard Road in Nottingham, Prince George's County, Maryland on "Part of Mansfield".

The Property, "Mansfield", originally owned by Gunder Erickson, was left to his daughter, Martha (Erickson) Roundell, who divided the property among the family of her half sisters and their children.

Part of the land was in the possession of Henry M. Chew of Nottingham from 1829-1854. According to the one of the later owners, there were Chew family graves on the property at one time but the gravestones are no longer there or are destroyed.

According to a neighbor, the graves were originally located in a small area behind the barn shown on this page.
