SR-41 north from Cynthiana to Lapperell Road (CR 6). Follow Lapperell to Pine Top Road (CR 16) 2.1 miles to trail on right (now private driveway). (This access is through private property.) The path bends south, passes an old boy scout troop cabin, and meanders along the ridge for roughly 0.75 mile. Close to a three-way junction where the trail begins to drop, cross to the west side and look for an old cemetery that is near the top of the ridge and goes down the hillside. A 2003 hiker's report indicated that there were at least 30 stones.
