Bent Branch Farm-Blevins Cemetery

Located on Bent Branch off of Rt. 40 near the location of the old Barnett's Creek Bridge at Staffordsville, Ky, on the old HIRAM C. TACKETT FARM Homestead. The cemetery is where Frank and Margaret (Skeens) Blevins' house once stood. Farther up the hill is more than a dozen old illegible stones and vacant sunken spots with possible graves. Family tradition is this was the first Tackett-Blevins family cemetery. Directly across the road and on top of the very steep hill sits the grave of Elder Hiram C. Tackett and his wife, Lucinda Shavers Tackett.
