This cemetery is listed in Cemetery Records of Carroll County, Virginia copyright 1990 Library of Congress 90-71029 written by Dr. Walter S. Porter and edited by his daughter Suzanne Burrow. It is listed as #5-B-13 "Jackson Peak Cemetery" on page 74; it states the cemetery is located off Route 861, 500 yards beyond end state maintenance. There are about 20 fieldstones all located in a wooded area on top of the ridge.
