The home was named after Drumminor Castle in Aberdeenshire, Scotland and has been crafted from local stone and covered with slate tiles imported from Wales.
The Milne family continued to live in the home up until 1937.
Drumminor is regarded amongst locals as one of the most distinguished original homesteads of the Tea Tree Gully area and has been home to one of Adelaide's award-winning fine dining restaurants.
This historical site is listed on the State Heritage Register and the cemetery has been designed to enhance and complement the original Drumminor home. Granite is sourced from a variety of locations across the world to ensure that each memorial garden is unique and complementary to its surroundings.
