Heritage Listed Roman Catholic Church in the Parish of Mudgee in the Diocese of Bathurst, New South Wales.

Originally built in 1857 by Father Callaghan McCarthy but redesigned by architect Edward Gell in the 1870s and rebuilt around the pre-existing sanctuary and sacristy with the work beginning in 1873 and completed in 1876.

The original St. Mary's Presbytery, built in 1851, is among the oldest buildings in Mudgee and is still in use today.

The single elegant spire was added to the bell tower by the second Parish Priest, The Rev. Monsignor O'Donovan, in 1911.
