The oldest surviving tomb has the date of death noted as 1896. It is located on one of the former hereditary burial sites on the churchyard wall.
The cemetery is almost entirely surrounded by a wall where family graves and hereditary burials used to be. As in the lower cemetery, wellknown names of Trebbin gardeners, craftsmen and merchant families adorn the panels of the wall. The tombs on the northern wall are much more magnificent and larger than the simple, small hereditary burial sites on the southern and eastern walls.
The four grave fields of the upper cemetery are divided into rectangular sections and are systematically crossed by grid grave sites. Well-known Trebbin families used to be buried in these gratings, like on the churchyard wall.
The wide paths are designed as avenues, the cemetery has two entrances, the main entrance is on Berliner Tor street. The cemetery slopes down in terraces in the direction of the vineyard to the second entrance. On the right side, coming from the main entrance at the Berliner Tor, there is now an urn grove where children's graves used to be.
The cemetery, like the older "Lower Cemetery" at the St. Anna Chapel, is managed by the Evangelical Parish of Trebbin.
