Along the north side of Palm Road, perhaps 3/4 mile east of Five Bridge Road.

This cemetery appears on the USGS topo map, but with no name. OpenStreetMaps has it marked Paulks Cemetery and assigned a GNIS feature number 344986 -- but that's apparently a bad number. In Google Streetview photos -- which actually exist along this dirt road -- nothing is visible from the road but overgrowth.
