Major Rowley Cemetery is a small family burial ground located in Union County, Kentucky. The cemetery contains members of the Rowley family, including descendants of Major Rowley, an early figure in the area.

A transcription of this cemetery was previously published through the UCGenWeb Archives; however, a more recent on-site survey (2026) has confirmed the locations of most previously reported missing stones and identified at least one additional grave not included in earlier records. This cemetery includes the burial site of the contributor's fourth-great-grandfather, Major Rowley.

This cemetery appears to represent multiple generations of the Rowley family. The cemetery is located on private property and may be difficult to access.
