Also known as the Stephen Martin Cemetery, this cemetery is tucked behind retail development in 1151 block of Hammond Drive. It is located in the rectangular tree-encircled patch behind the shopping center. Access it behind Marshall's on the far left where the tree line is obvious. The proximity of the cemetery to the proposed I-285 Interstate forced a slight rerouting of I-285 and Ashford-Dunwoody Road. Before the buildup of development, this cemetery was visible in the middle of a field near a red barn; this was a rural area far from the city.

There are burials here as early as 1848, but there are many graves marked only with rough field stones, so there may be graves even older than that. There are several old graves designated by stones walls around the grave.
