McDonald Cemetery sits on what was the McDonald Ranch in the late 19th, early 20th centuries. While likely originally a family cemetery, there are others from around Eddy County buried at that location. A visit in May 2024 by a descendent of Paul Frederick Kroeger (buried at this location) notes that the most recent interment occurred in 2006.
