This cemetery is on the north side of Fancher Rd. It is NOT Maple Grove Cemetery (which is on the south side of the road). Confusion has been introduced by the Delaware County Historical Society records which comingled the two.

This cemetery consists of sections 1-3 in the combined township records plus a new section called the Barnhard Addition on the east side. Be very cautious about adding records from transcripts and obituaries as a number of Maple Grove burials are listed erroneously under Fancher Cemetery in many records. Funeral homes in the area tend to use the name Fancher for burials in both locations, adding to the confusion.
