Graybill Cemetery is located in a small wooded area between two housing sub-divisions just to the north of the City of Lancaster. The cemetery and some of the surrounding land is located in an area that is not incorporated into the City but is surrounded by the City limits. Access to the cemetery is made from North Columbus Street down an unpaved, narrow lane of about 125 yards.

Although the cemetery grounds are mowed and free of debris, there are only four markers that are independently standing (as of Feb. 2015). The vast majority are at grass level or below with about a dozen stones piled up on top of each other at various spots.

The cemetery is located in Greenfield Township, Fairfield County, Ohio, and is # 3143 (Bush Cemetery / Graybill Cemetery) in "Ohio Cemeteries 1803-2003", compiled by the Ohio Genealogical Society.

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Geographic Names Information System (GNIS) feature ID for the cemetery is 1041088 (Graybill Cemetery).
