He and his wife Katherine (Dorssetnnomhn) Treziyulny are buried in Bellefonte's Union Cemeetery. Among his children was Henry P. Treziyulny, who settled on land near Milesburg. He died in 1878 and was buried on his farm. His grave and those of his wife and son, and perhaps other relatives, are situated on top of the hill.
When Mrs. Lovina P. Treziyulny died in 1895, her property went to her daughter, Sarah F. Treziyulny Gibbs. In the late fall of 1904, Mrs. Gibbs converted the grounds to a cemetery. The Treziyulny Cemetery includes a plot for Civil War Soldiers and one for the poor.
