From Robert Lee Toney's memorial: "After his death, his daughter Nancy and husband John Armstrong Porter moved into the home which now belonged to their son Andrew.

The family graveyard is in the corner of the garden near the house. When Andrew sold the home in 1911, he deeded the grave to the dead. I believe it is one half acre. The deed is on record in the courthouse in Madison, WV."
