This Oak Park Cemetery is located on the south side of Broadway Avenue, about 2 miles west of Forest Lake, MN. The cemetery is physically located within Columbus Township in Anoka County, Minnesota (T32N, R22W) although the city of Forest Lake is within Washington County, MN.

From Forest Lake, take County Highway 2 (West Broadway) and head west. The road designation will unceremoniously change into County Highway 18 when you cross the county line from Washington and enter Anoka County.

The Oak Park Cemetery was established in 1915 and continues to accept burials. The cemetery is accessible year-round and the grounds are well maintained throughout the summer.
