In 1858, the town of Little Chute decided there was a need for a new larger cemetery. Burials in this new Saint John Cemetery started around 1860, when they broke ground to build a new church over part of the old graveyard, located at 323 Pine Street. In this new cemetery, located at 500 East Main Street, there is an old section which contains marked and unmarked graves and a new section containing burials from 1916 to the present.
