South of Tolland town center on Rivers Road. The cemetery started out as a burial plot for the Granger family before being made available to other families in the area due to local demand. It was designated as an official burying place in 1854. Earliest marker: Alexander Granger 1832.

From the Tolland Town Hall on West Granville Road (Route 57), turn south onto Heartland Road. Road will turn to unpaved but remains quite passable. Turn right at Rivers road and the cemetery is on the right a short distance after a brick house.

The cemetery is kept in very good condition, owing to its own dedicated maintenance fund separate from the town budget.
