Location: From Vici- 12 mile East on Highway 60, then South
History: When Emma Blumer died in 1894 there was not a close to bury her, so her husband Jost, gave an acre of land and the landowner East of Blumer, W. A. Espy, gave an acre to create Riley Cemetery. Jost Blumer, circa 1935, deeded additional land and in 1972 Delo Blumer deeded on acre to the cemetery.
