I came across a death certificate for a William Booker born in 1869 in Virginia and died Nov. 22, 1923 in Forsyth County. The form indicates he was married at the time of his death and that he was the son of George A. Booker (no mother's name given). Vada or Vador Booker was the informant on the death record. I'm guessing that was his wife's name.
