Janice Marie Hair McKinzie, age 59, of New Waverly, Texas, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2012. She was born September 12, 1953 in Houston, Texas to parent Joseph Leo and Lucy Mae Hair. She is preceded in death by her Father along with her two brothers Larry and Randy Hair.
