DEATH OF ARTHUR BAUER OF LAKE CITY
Arthur Bauer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bauer of lake City, passed away at the home of his parents at 7 o'clock on Monday morning after a lingering illness of several months.
Deceased was born in Red Wing about 23 years ago, and came with his parents to Lake City about 12 years ago. He took a course in the Palmer School of Chiropractic, and after his graduation from that institution, he opened up an office in this city and later on practiced his profession in Lake City. He was compelled however on account of poor health to give up his profession and went set to Denver, Colo., hoping that a change of climate would be beneficial to him. He returned from there about three weeks ago and remained at his home until the end.
He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bauer and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Otto Rose and Charles Bauer of Lake City, Mrs. G. Raufe and Mrs. F. Heck of Janesville, Wis., and Henry and Fred Bauer of Red Wing.
Funeral services were held at 9:30 o'clock from St. Mary's church in Lake City this morning, and interment was made in St. Mary's cemetery.
