On Saturday, November 30, 2013, JEANETTE RUTH ZUBKOFF of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of Harry Zubkoff. Devoted mother of Earl Zubkoff and Elaine (Richard) Blackman. Dear sister of Betty Saffer. Loving grandmother of Sandy and Mark Blackman. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 2, 2013, 1 p.m. at Shaare Tefila Congregation, 16620 Georgia Ave., Olney, MD. Interment at the Shaare Tefila Cemetery (within Mt. Lebanon Cemetery), Adelphi, MD. Shiva will be observed Monday through Thursday at the residence in Leisure World with minyans at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to NA'AMAT, 505 Eighth Ave., #2302, New York, NY 10018.
