Anna is the daughter of Mary Slish & Michael Plouchak. She is the 2nd born of 4 children.
It's believed that she was born in Bethlehem, but there's also a possibility she was born in the Freeland Area of Luzerne County just prior to the Plouchaks' moving to Bethlehem.
Sisters are Mary, Irene, & brother Michael Jr. It's also believed that the grave located in the old Slovak Cemetery on Williams Road has no marker but not known for a certainty. The cemetery was earlier known as St. Cyrillius.
Michael Plouchak Sr. & Mary Slish were divorced in the mid/late 1930's and it's believed that Michael died in Alpha, N. J. January 1950 but no evidence to that fact has yet surfaced.
