Sarah Sally Jones was born in 1809 to Thomas E. Jones and Elizabeth Horn Jones in Casey, Kentucky. Sarah married Thomas Wesley 1819 and they had at least 15 to 16 children. Some believe her last child was Patsey born abt. 1847, but others believe that Sarah died before 1847. It is likely that Sarah died some time after her twins were born in 1844, but before Thomas Wesley remarried Charlotte Taylor in late 1840's to 1850 as evidenced by the 1850 census. Sarah was only married once; to Thomas Ray Wesley. Her first child was born in 1820 in Casey, KY. The 1810 census shows that she and another sister were under the age of 10.
