At an early hour this morning, Christian Kemmerer, one of the oldest residents of the city died at his late home on Loomis street after a severe attack of Neuralgia of the heart. Mr. Kemmerer, who was a stone mason by trade and who has been a long resident of this city was born in St. George, Germany, 78 years ago, and came to this country at the age of 28 settling in this city.
Besides his wife he is survived by the following children: Mrs. Charles Disque, Mrs. Frank Anstett, Mrs. Conrad Hochreiter, Henry, Jacob, Frank, Fred, William Peter and Agatha.
