Ruby Stevens, 95, formerly of Eldon, Missouri passed away Friday, January 1, 2016 at Shangri-La Rehab & Nursing Center in Blue Springs, Missouri. She was born June 29, 1920 in Kellogg, Iowa, the daughter of the late Ray Wiser and Vedah (Milburn) King.
