She was born April 20, 1944, in Jefferson City, a daughter of the late Joseph B. and Hedwig C. (Lueckenhoff) Reichart. Rose was a 1962 graduate of St. Francis Academy in Nevada, Missouri. Rose was united in marriage at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Westphalia, on September 16, 1967, to James H. Huber, who survives at their home.
