Cindy Lou Cox of Cedar Hill, TN, went to rest the morning of March 27, 2016 and joyfully celebrated Easter morning in the presence of the Lord.

Born in Kalkaska, Michigan in 1952 to Earl and Jesse Joan Woodman (deceased), Cindy was a loving and devoted wife and mom and a trusted friend to many. Though her love of crafting and writing poetry occupied much of her time her greatest memories were creating by spending time with her family, especially her deeply-loved and often-spoiled six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Cindy, is survived by her beloved husband Bruce E. Cox Sr. (17 years); preceded in death by first husband, Richard W. Saxton Sr., Mother-in-law Patricia Saxton, and her well-traveled and loved children Richard Saxton Djibouti, Africa, Dewey Saxton Corpus Christi, TX, Sara Thorson Leesburg, GA, Stacy Saxton Cedar Hill, TN, Janice Cox Modesto, CA, Bruce Cox Jr. Jasper, IN, Michael Cox Flint, MI, Robert Cox (deceased); and cherished siblings Sue Floreno, Pat Woodman, Mike Woodman, Jesse Woodman (deceased).

The Wolfe-O'neill Funeral Home (106 S. Cherry St., Kalkaska MI) will host family-only viewing on Friday, April 1st, from 4pm to 5pm and public viewing for friends and family from 5pm until 8pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 2nd. Family is requested at 11am, with public viewing beginning at 12 pm. Services at St. Paul Lutheran Church (2470 Beebe Rd. NW, Kalkaska, MI) will commence at 1pm.

Cindy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
