Immigrated from England in 1882, founder of P.G. County Knights of Columbus and later elected Grand Knight, KKK burned down house & store after he wrote an article in 1924. Only had the name Thomas, but added the "W" to make his signature look more official - no one is certain what he meant it to stand for. Husband of Caroline (Carrie) Nalley, and father of Carrie, Mary, Agnes, DeSales, William "Dubie" and Thomas Francis Sr.
