He was the son of the late Bernard and Margaret Thomas Oeinck.
His first marriage was to Catherine Schroeder who died 16 years ago. About 15 years ago Mr. Oeinck married his former wife's sister, Mary, who survives.
Besides his widow he is survived by two sons, William J. of Buffalo and Edward N. of Utica; three sisters, Mrs. Apolnea Schrader who married Mr. Oeinck's brother-in-law, Mrs. Elizabeth Freson and Mrs. Anna Mundinger; five brothers, Nicholas, Joseph, William, Frank and Charles, all of Utica and several nieces, nephews and three grandchildren.
