James Steven White passed away unexpectedly Sunday, July 1, 2018. Born in Portsmouth, VA, Steven was the son of James L. White and Diana French White.
Steven served one year in the Marine Corps and then re-enlisted in the US Army to complete his four years.
He enjoyed playing video games and shooting guns. He also enjoyed working on cars and skydiving. His favorite food was a peanut butter sandwich.
Preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Myrtes and Thomas French, Steven is survived by his brother, Lee White; his mother, Diana White; his father, James L. White; sister, Sarah Hanson and her husband, Terry; niece, Ashley Hanson; and nephews, Rocky and Andrew Hanson; his paternal grandparents, Beatrice and Leland White; and a host of extended family members and friends.
