The family came to Pennsylvania in 1719. In America, her father eventually became known as Anthony Hallman.
Christiana Heilmann married Johannes Lefebre ("John Lefever" b. 1702) about 1721. Her married surname of Lefebre was spelled inconsistently in the records of the day but her husband signed his named "Lefebre". Descendants have used many spellings, including LeFevre, Lefever and Lafever.
Mother of eleven children.
She died between 24 February 1775 and 28 October 1778, either in Virginia or in Pennsylvania.
Her widower died in Hereford Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania in January 1779.

Christiana (Heilmann) Lefebre was sometimes recorded erroneously as "Christina" in church records and deeds. She has also been called "Christina Wentz" but this identification is known to be incorrect from the will of Anthony Hallman (d. 1759).
